I get a stutter in my music when connected to my samsung s9 every few minutes, tried resetting settings on my mobile but it keeps coming back. Is there a way to stop the stutter?

The cables inline mic is incredibly quiet to the point you have to hold directly to your mouth to be heard. The headphones are two months old and the mic has not been used before.

Are there any controls to go to next/previous track? Long pressing on the volume switch only fast forwards/reverses (and when that happens I can only stop it by going to next/previous track on my music player. Weird)

What is the bluetooth range of the headphones?

Thank you for your question. We usually recommend a Bluetooth range of up to 10 meters with nothing in the way of the range blocking the signal for example a wall or a door. More than that the signal will get unstable. My Y5000 weeks to heb incrediby quiet and doesn’t get louder while I turn up my phone on phone or on the headphones. Is there a solution to this problem? Maximum audio level seems to not even blur out people speaking around me. Please help

I had the same issue and noticed i was hitting the button that keeps it at a lower volume. There’s a small button with a tiny point and if you press it it brings the headphones back to full sound. It’s like a half mute button ;)
