Rated 5 out of 5 by ShadowKaster from Excellent for the price I got them about a month ago, for 50US. Perfect for the price. Hold battery for at least 12h. I have used them in the kitchen mostly (easy to cook and catch up with LOL or StarcraftII games). This said - not a lot of music nor activities done with them. They are very comfortable, unless you are a lazy punk like myself and try to sit in bed, and in that case, well - you shouldn't do that anyway. I am very impressed. I would definitely recommend.

After listening to them for 2 minutes I had to buy me a pair. The highs are crisp and clean the bass is rich,smooth and full and the mids are defined and provide great imagery. They actually sound my Bose bluetooth OE headphones.

Is there any way to "reset" the headset to make the LED light functioning again? Also, headset is unable to turn on when charging ( USB plugged in) ; Is that normal?

I have paired my Y50BT headphones to the laptop which says 'connected voice' but nothing comes out from them. Plugged them into the laptop jack and they work perfectly. I have re-paired them twice but they still will not work via Bluetooth. Any suggestion

Can i disable the low battery audible indicator which annoyingly sounds every 60 seconds when there's still over 25% charge which should be good for 3 hours or more?
Hi, and thank you for supporting AKG! There is no audio indication of low battery in the Y50BT. If you hear such warnings, they must come from your source device. If you use an iPhone, please test with another phone, maybe Android. The only indicator in the headphones is the LED light, which blinks when battery is low.

Will these headphone work with a mic on a cable? In other words, what would the solution be is you did not have a Bluetooth device but needed to use a mic?
You can use the cable provided and still use the microphone without worries.
