Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Build Quality These things are heavenly. The design is magnificent. When you hold them in your hands they feel hand crafted. Every twist, every edge expertly designed for comfort. I can't believe how great they feel on my ears. The sound is good, they aren't the N90Qs but they got you covered for casual use. I love how they are bluetooth but I can pop in a cord and plug them in to use them as normal wired speakers too. They come with a nice leather sack, again nothing like the lambskin N90Q but pretty solid for the price point. I own a black and white pair. Both look stunning, the black is classic but if you really want to live in SciFi go with the white. Seriously feels like you're on a spaceship. ^_^

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product; The headphones are great. The sound is rich and the Bluetooth pairing is simple and doesn't seem to lose quality compared to having a cable connected. The headphones are light, comfortable to wear and are easy to store in a bag. I did run into some aspects of the headphones that I wished were better. For example, when the headphones are paired via Bluetooth, a bright blue light flashes every 3 seconds on the headphones and it's a nuisance when in a dark room. Secondly, the volume and the play/stop buttons only work through wireless connection, not the wired one. Why? Lastly, I don't know if it's my device or the headphones themselves, but I do wish they were a bit louder on the max setting. Overall, very good headphones for those looking for a wireless option.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great sound, comfort and clarity. I saw some reviews that were critical of these head phones and mentioned a Bluetooth buzzing when used with a mac book. NOT SO! THESE ARE THE BEST HEADPHONES I'VE EVER OWNED AND VERY COMFORTABLE. Batter life is good. Pairing is easy. Sound quality is unmatched. The only thing that I am left wanting for is an extra button or two to skip songs on my song list. All in all, A, five stars!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Wonderful quality, few issues These have been my day to day headphones for a good while now, and I have few issues with them, I purchased a special edition with red earpads that I really like, but after continuous daily use they've gotten damaged and replacements don't seem to be an option from anywhere I've looked, apart from this the headphones have a surprisingly long battery life and I've never had issues with them dying on me. However, with the last gen Bluetooth, I can't connect to some of my devices like the PS4.

when making call i can hear the person on the other end of the call but they cannot hear me. I have paired it with my Galaxy S8 Plus and listening to music works but talking during phone calls do not work. please help

My AKG 845 BT suddenly stopped working in one ear over bluetooth again. This is the second time I have had this problem the first ones were exchanged whilst in warranty. Is there any way to get these fixed or will they have to go in the bin?

You do not mention any dates, but you do have new warranty on the replacement pair, and one of our customer service agents will be happy to look at your case, with all info that is necessary. I've had the AKG K845 for over a year and it suddenly stopped working. I have no idea why as I have always used it with the aux cable. I have also tried charging the headphones but the red light turns on for one second and then off. plz help

We are sorry to hear that you are having this issue. If you are only using AUX connection to your K845BT, it does not need the battery for it to operate. Try changing the AUX cable to isolate the issue. I love my AKG K845BT in white. I've had them for nearly two years, but it is time to get replacement ear pads. How can I but replacement ear pads? Thanks.

The right side is way lower than the left weather I'm hooked through blue tooth or wired. Did I receive a defective product?

The sound on my headphones will break up with static randomly over Bluetooth. I am connected over Bluetooth on a Macbook pro.

What you are experiencing can be explained. There is a high chance that it’s because of an EMI (electro-magnetic interference)that’s causing the Bluetooth connection to the K845BT to disconnect or break. You may try using a 3.5 Aux cable to prevent this thing from happening. I just received my AKG K845BT yesterday, plugged it in overnight and when I woke up the red light was still on and when I unplugged it and pressed the bluetooth pairing button nothing happened, I did not see any light or hear any sound. Please help?

We apologized if you are having issues with our product. Normally charging time would be 3 hours for AKG K845BT headset. Try to use a different power source to charge the unit, then try to press and hold the BT button for 3 second to enter pairing mode.
